• #1 worst seller. this book demands to be bought, not sold. (the why times, famous newspaper.)
• this book is one heck of a dumpster fire. editing this was a nightmare. you'll see. (the editors. recovering well.)
• cake’s book is as good as he is in real life — which is saying something. i should've been paid to write this review. (leiv barta, fellow creator. appeared once in cake's videos.)
• some of these reviews were written just because. others were written because pages needed to be filled. (professor x, for class y at university z.)
• all reviews are genuine. some are genuinely made up. (the publisher.)

after scrolling through endless emails from people begging me to do literally anything, reading at least three thank-you notes that were mildly insulting, and surviving a caffeine-induced existential crisis, i thought, “why not do something i am best at?”
