• #1 worst seller. this book demands to be bought, not sold. (the why times)
• this book is one heck of a dumpster fire. editing this was a nightmare. (the editors)
• cake’s book is as good as he is in real life — which is to say, it is very good. he did not pay me to write this review. (leiv barta, fellow creator)

after scrolling through endless emails from people begging me to do literally anything, reading at least three thank-you notes that were mildly insulting, and surviving a caffeine-induced existential crisis, i thought, “why not do something i am best at?”
